The My First Muscle challenge is a community fitness challenge created by the My First Million podcast hosts to push physical limits and build community engagement.
Challenge Structure

3 core exercises that must be completed:
- 100 push-ups (chest must touch ground)
- 100 air squats (no weights)
- 100 burpees (chest to floor, feet must leave ground on jump)

Rules:
- Can be done in any order
- Must be timed
- Must be filmed for prize eligibility
- Deadline: May 12th
- Must subscribe to podcast channels to be eligible for prizes
Prizes
- Top performers:
- Fastest male: Plunge cold plunge (~$6-7k value)
- Fastest female: Plunge cold plunge (~$6-7k value)
- 3 additional winners chosen based on:
- Creativity
- Best dressed
- Most inspiring (The "Rudy Award")
- Winners receive Nike strength equipment and bumper plates

- Elite time: ~15 minutes
- Strong performance: ~20 minutes (90th percentile)
- Average time: 35-40 minutes
