Misogi Challenge Limits

The My First Muscle challenge is a community fitness challenge created by the My First Million podcast hosts to push physical limits and build community engagement.

Challenge Structure

  • 3 core exercises that must be completed:

    • 100 push-ups (chest must touch ground)
    • 100 air squats (no weights)
    • 100 burpees (chest to floor, feet must leave ground on jump)
  • Rules:

    • Can be done in any order
    • Must be timed
    • Must be filmed for prize eligibility
    • Deadline: May 12th
    • Must subscribe to podcast channels to be eligible for prizes

Prizes

  • Top performers:
    • Fastest male: Plunge cold plunge (~$6-7k value)
    • Fastest female: Plunge cold plunge (~$6-7k value)
    • 3 additional winners chosen based on:
      • Creativity
      • Best dressed
      • Most inspiring (The "Rudy Award")
    • Winners receive Nike strength equipment and bumper plates

Expected Performance

  • Elite time: ~15 minutes
  • Strong performance: ~20 minutes (90th percentile)
  • Average time: 35-40 minutes
