Huberman's Sauna Authenticity

Andrew Wilkinson shares a story about his first time meeting Andrew Huberman at his house.

"Huberman invited me over to his house and suggested we do a sauna and cold plunge. I'd never met him before, and I was traveling with my girlfriend. I asked her 'Zoe, do you want to come with me and we'll go to Huberman's?' She didn't know who he was and declined.

When we get there, he takes his shirt off and he's just shredded - you could shred cheese on his chest. 8-pack, bulging arms, tattoos. I'm there just folding myself into a little ball, and I was like 'thank god I didn't bring her.'"
