Sam shares his experience getting his biological age tested through a service called InsideTracker.
"There's a company doing biological age testing right now called InsideTracker. I first heard about them because Andrew Huberman talks about them. I do it about twice a year and it's $600. You go to Quest Diagnostics or LabCorp, give blood, and get the results in a week.
My biological age came back 9 years younger than my chronological age. I'm 33, but my biological age was 22 or 23. I did pretty good. The only thing I had to work on was my cholesterol - I had higher cholesterol, and I don't even entirely know what cholesterol is.
Once I saw my biological age, it became like a competition. Now every 6 months I'm trying to reduce it."
