Shaan shares a story about a CEO who dramatically improved his company's profitability using AI.
"I talked to a guy yesterday who has a company that's a billion-dollar company. I was asking what he's doing with AI because I know he's smart. He said he's constantly messing with Claude and code, figuring out what he can do.
He basically just appointed an AI general manager. He created AI that could be a manager for these projects he's working on, trying to see how good he can make that.
He told me that just in improving customer support with AI, making the developers more productive, and getting rid of his junior programmers who are not very good at using AI - just with those three changes - they doubled their profit margin.
They're already a billion-dollar company, so imagine doubling your profit margin off of something like that. It's insane."
