"Beddys is a really interesting business. What I love about it is the strong IP mode. It's like a bed cover thing for kids - I actually don't know how to explain it very well, but it makes it so kids can basically change their bedding really easily. They have proper IP mode with patents.
When you go to their website, you can tell it's not very optimized, but they've been crushing it totally bootstrapped. They're great people with very healthy EBITDA margins. They bootstrapped this to $40 million, which is pretty impressive. It's all product market fit - killer product, killer IP mode, and they've done a really good job with that end of the business."
