A story about how Shaan Puri's wife turned her casual doodling habit into a lucrative career in graphic facilitation.
"My wife, when she was in business school, was just doodling on her paper board and somebody walked by and saw it. They said 'Did you draw that?' and she was like 'Oh yeah, sorry, I'm paying attention, I promise.'
They said 'No no, I don't care - but if you can draw that, I have a job for you. It's called graphic facilitation. You could make $1,000 a day just by going to these meetings and conferences for businesses and drawing on a giant whiteboard what they're talking about so they have a visual takeaway at the end of it.'
She made more money than me for a long time doing this thing. She would have never known how to turn her art into money."
