Rogan's Lean Empire

A story about how Joe Rogan runs his massive media enterprise with just a tiny team.
"Joe Rogan's media enterprise is bigger than all the late night talk shows combined. Forget the Tonight Show, Letterman, and any of these guys. His audience is bigger, he makes hundreds of millions doing it, and I'm pretty sure it's just him and Young Jamie.
From what I heard from friends who have been on it, here's how it works: It's Jamie who produces it, it's Joe, and then they have one other guy named Matt. Matt sends Joe a list of like 30 people saying 'Hey, I can get these 30 people.' Sometimes Joe just ignores it, every once in a while he'll say 'that person and that person' and that's all he says. I've heard that it's just those 3 people.
He took all his hobbies - he likes UFC, so he gets to be the UFC commentator, but only does the ones in Vegas that are an hour flight away. He does stand-up comedy, sells out theaters around the country. Does this podcast where he has conversations with whoever he wants, however long he wants. He just dictated how he wants to live life on his terms.
With just 2-3 people, they've built something that does over $100 million in revenue. Spotify paid him hundreds of millions to be there for a couple years, but even before that, just off sponsorships and the Alpha Brain product, he built something worth at least $100 million because it's generated $100 million of profit for him."
