75 Hard is a mental toughness program created by Andy Frisella (supplement company owner and top podcast host) that requires strict daily adherence with no exceptions.
Core Program Requirements
- If you skip a day or miss any task, you must restart from Day 1
- Program runs for exactly 75 days straight
- No alcohol allowed during the program
- Must take daily progress photos
