"We have 6 projects, with a couple already completed. The first two were completed and completely sold out. The third one is about to be completed and go on the market. Then we have 3 other projects, and they are getting bigger and bigger. The combined sale value of those projects would be $100 million.
For one project in Greenpoint, we bought land with a house on it that's going to be knocked down. We're going to do ground-up construction and build a nice condo building."
