Brumate's One-Person Empire
Share
A story about how Brumate, a drinkware company, achieved massive revenue with minimal staff.
"I sit on the board of a company called Brumate which makes drinkware - think hydration kits or can coolers for slim cans. They had one employee and they were doing $30 million a year. Only the founder Dylan was at the company and he was doing $30 million a year.
Now he had some outsourced agencies that he was working with to help him run Facebook ads and to help him do customer service stuff, but he had one guy and one guy on the payroll. So he could easily flex up and down with those agencies depending on how the business was going."
