Three-Sprint Structure

First Sprint (Morning Block)
- Starts around 8:30-9:00 AM
- Runs for 3 hours until 11:30 AM or noon
- Followed by family time (20-30 minutes)

Second Sprint (Afternoon Block)
- Two 90-minute sessions split by workout
- First 90-minute work session
- Workout break
- Second 90-minute work session

Third Sprint (Evening Block)
- Starts after kids sleep
- Another 90-minute focused session
- Final work period of the day
Total Working Time
- Approximately 6-7 hours of focused work daily
- 3 hours in morning sprint
- 3 hours in afternoon sprint (split)
- 90 minutes in evening sprint
