"I went to this office the other day and the bathroom sign - it didn't say 'men', it said 'batman' and they had a cape on the guy. When I saw that, I thought 'ah these guys like to have a good time, these guys got a great sense of humor.' So I got all this information, all this persuasion before I even went into the meeting."
