Shaan shares how his company built an AI-powered internal tool to manage their rapidly growing services business.

"I have a company and it's growing really fast. It scaled from zero to tens of millions in revenue in two years. Normally to do that you'd have to hire a lot of people because it's a services business - you have a lot of clients and those clients need to be happy otherwise they're going to leave at the end of their contract.

So our team built this tool internally. It basically reads into all your stuff - it's got connection to HubSpot, connection to your Fathom video recordings from all your sales calls, access into Slack, access into your accounting software so it knows when bills get paid. It can read anything on the inside.

Now check this out. This is our dashboard. Any of our sales team or customer success team can go in to look at a customer. You just see the overall status - it auto-generates all of these things. Nobody had to manually enter anything. It says here's the status they're at, here's when they started, here's who's working on it, here's the link to their project plan. It automatically goes and grabs all that.

If I click the renewal, it'll say here's the current ACV, here's the target ACV. Based on all the conversations we've had, it goes and reads the last status update, the last client call we had, it analyzes the sentiment and says 'based on the sentiment the client's really happy, we have high confidence that they're likely to renew.' Then here's the adjusted NRR that we think it'll have - it'll be a 7% expansion based off of what we see right now.

There's an agent in here that we created, so you could just talk to the customer record. You could be like, 'Hey, tell me about the top three expansion opportunities that we should be pitching them. What other services do we have that they might be interested in based on what you know about them?' It'll look at public info, call transcripts, our internal database of services we offer and cross-check all of them. It's like, 'We think it could offer X, Y, Z.'

Then it's like, 'Cool, can you make a to-do list or make a task for me?' It'll update automatically in our task manager of who's going to follow up about these expansion opportunities and when. It goes and creates the task, and now anybody else in the company, if they want to go look at this customer, they can see this conversation and benefit from it.

This is our command center for the business. One guy built this whole thing in three months."
