Young Zuckerberg's Maturity

Kevin Rose shares a story about meeting a young Mark Zuckerberg in 2005 and being impressed by his maturity and approach to business.
"I met him in 2005 when he was 21 years old. I remember just thinking about how put together he was and how well spoken and just what a deep thinker he was about the space. He wasn't winging it - he was taking it very seriously.
When I asked him about his hiring and firing practices and how he ensured he made the right hires on the engineering side, which was very challenging back then to scale websites, he told me that he just surrounds himself with people smarter than him and asks a lot of questions. He wasn't afraid to ask those questions.
What struck me was that as a college dropout myself, I was hesitant to ask questions to my investors and board members, thinking I should hide that I didn't learn certain things in college. But Mark would just be so open and curious - if he didn't know something, he was going to get to the bottom of it right away. It was inspiring to see someone at 21 be that mature about it."
