Zuckerberg's College Focus Shift

A story about how Mark Zuckerberg's vision for Facebook dramatically evolved from his college days to present.

"There's that clip of Mark Zuckerberg talking at a college, doing a campus interview. He's wearing basketball shorts, got a red solo cup, and they're like 'So you've expanded to like 7 colleges, where are you gonna go from here? Could you end up going into high schools?'

And he's like 'Oh I don't know, right now Facebook is cool for colleges, really useful. Sometimes if you try to make something too big, it loses what makes it cool. Maybe it doesn't have to be bigger.'

Then fast forward 10 years and he's like 'We need to launch a satellite to India to give these rural villagers internet so they can get more Facebook users.'"
