A story about how Shaan's former podcast intern made millions through a bold stock investment strategy.
"This guy Ishan, who was my intern and did the video editing and created the initial brand name for the podcast - he had about $100k saved up after working for me and a friend I introduced him to. He took that $100k and bought into a stock that got delisted from the stock exchange.
All the shareholders were panicking like 'What do we do with this stock? We can't trade anymore, it's illiquid.' So he bought it all for like 10 cents on the dollar, thinking 'I still believe in it.'
That investment ran up to be worth a few million dollars. His $100k basically turned into like $2-5 million at that time. Now it's gone down a little bit, but there's articles about him in the Australian Post. It's crazy."
