Shaan shares a story about his previous experience building an audio app similar to Clubhouse.
"I built an app so similar to this before. It grew to 4 million users and Tony Robbins was using it, ESPN was using it, the Jonas Brothers, Oracle was using it. Some of the tech guys and the 37 Signals guys were using it. Product Hunt was using it.
We got to 4 million members and then we started to see these same issues. We tried everything to fix it. I hope these guys [Clubhouse] find the solution that we missed, or maybe the world has changed or there's some differences.
This story I wrote was 70% my experience, 30% fantasy."
