Deep Fake Casino Scam

Samir shares a story about being deep faked in a scam video promoting an online casino.

"It happened to me and Colin recently - it was a video of me, Colin and Mr. Beast talking about an online casino that he had supposedly started. Our lips were also deep faked. We got it taken down pretty fast, but it was really compelling. To the untrained eye, it could have looked like a moment from the podcast I didn't watch.

I've had to have conversations with my parents about being careful - if someone calls you and you think it's me, let's develop a safe word. With all of this AI technology, that's been on my mind the most. I think we're going to want things that are uniquely human in the coming years, things that are collective human experiences."
