"Kraken is constantly focused on security - they're kind of nuts when it comes to it. It's in terms of how you control where your laptop is and everything else. They're an exchange that's been around for 10 years and has never been hacked.
The human attack vector is the weak point in any tech system, so they're very conscious about different executives and high-profile individuals - where they are, if they're at events with a lot of people. They have to think about physical security. At conferences, I do have security provided to me through the company.
For us at Kraken, they're constantly paranoid about security. It's something they think about all the time, though I have no idea how much it costs."
