"Blueprint started when I had a problem of overeating every day at 7 PM. I would either have a second serving for dinner, a third serving, or desserts - something I would consider self-harm. It was causing bad things: I couldn't sleep well, I was overweight.
I tried everything to fix it and couldn't. So I playfully said I'm going to fire evening Bryan. The Bryan who wakes up in the morning exercises and does really well eating, same with lunch Bryan. But this 5 PM to 10 PM Bryan - he's a rascal, always making the wrong choice. I could absolutely rely upon him to make the wrong choice, and he always had infinite reasons why today was okay.
I revoked his authority from 5 PM to 10 PM to eat. What started as this playful thing turned into what I've done to my entire system - I now only eat what my body asks for according to data and science.
I'm currently aging at 0.76, so for every 365 days a year I age 277 days. I basically get October, November, December for free. For the months I do age, the progress is to reverse that aging that has happened so I can maintain the same biological age."
