MrBeast Burger Crowd Control

Samir shares a story about how MrBeast handled unexpected challenges during his burger restaurant opening at the American Dream mall in New Jersey.

"At the MrBeast Burger opening in New Jersey, there were already 15 or 20,000 people there the night before. They were sleeping in the mall, mall security was there. No one fully understood how big he was at that moment.

They were saying they didn't know if they could serve all these people. Jimmy was just like 'What do you mean? Let's just figure it out.' They said it's not possible, we can't get more supplies here. He was like 'Well, can we pay for it? Can we just pay someone to do it?' They said they didn't think so, but basically what ended up happening was it was possible and Jimmy just kept pushing.

His immediate thought was around the staff. He was like 'I need the staff to be really into this.' So he said 'I'm gonna pay everyone an extra $1,000 today.' There were 30 people working, so it was $30,000. That's kind of an irrational thing to do, but he looks at that and says 'This is what I need to make this excellent, we're just gonna do that.'"
