Sam Parr's Conference Success
Share
Sam Parr shares how Noah Kagan's blog post about conferences changed his life and led to a successful business.
"I created my company because Noah had a blog post about organizing conferences. It was called 'How I Made a Quarter Million Dollars in Conferences.' At the time, I had a book club and was hosting meetups but wasn't making any money from it. I thought I should make money off this thing, so I started my company.
I've made millions of dollars personally off conferences because of that blog post. More importantly, I've met all three people on this call and most of my friends and coworkers through it. I met Neville, who became the best man at my wedding, because of that blog post. What you described about hosting events and posting content - I did the same thing and it made me millions of dollars and I met all my best friends that way."
