Andrew Wilkinson shares a story about creating an AI bot that handles restaurant reservations.
"I made a Lindy bot for restaurants in town that still require call-in reservations and aren't on OpenTable. I can type in 'make me a rezo around 5 to 7 pm tonight at this restaurant' and it will call with an AI voice, talk to them, book the reservation, put it on my calendar, and invite the people I asked it to invite.
If the person asks if it's AI, it'll explain that it works for me. If they ask about allergies, it knows my allergies. It's pretty cool."
