Missouri Quilting Revives Town

Patrick Campbell shares a story about how YouTube quilting content transformed a dying town in Missouri.

"There's this town in Missouri that was basically on its last legs. This woman, her son started doing YouTube videos where she would just explain how to do quilting stuff. It created and basically revitalized the town because everyone comes on buses to visit the town and go to the quilt shop.

The quilt shows and craft shows are pretty fascinating. They'll just be famous quilters on stage with a camera doing quilt stuff. It's a fascinating world with a lot of money in it. It's kind of old school, meaning there's a couple of really big players that sell everything, and then there's all these new school folks coming in and carving off different segments."
