Spouse Millionaire Race

Sam Parr shares a story about how his wife became a millionaire before him.

"My wife became a liquid millionaire before I did. She worked at Airbnb for a long time and then it went public in December, and I sold my company in February, so she beat me by two months.

I was pumped for her. The way that everything is ours, when she got paid I was like 'Oh I just got paid too.' I thought it was awesome."

When Rob asked if he felt bad about it, Sam emphasized he was genuinely happy for her success, viewing their finances as shared achievements.
