Brian Johnson's $2M Health Regime

A discussion about Brian Johnson, a wealthy entrepreneur who has created an extreme health optimization program.

"Brian Johnson looks great - he's chiseled and looks awesome. He's about 46 years old. He does all this insane stuff that you'd expect a billionaire to be able to do. He's got like 30 doctors helping him.

It was just released that anyone can spend about $1.5 or $2 million a year to use his doctors and go through his system. He's trying to reverse his biological age faster than his chronological age goes up. In theory, if you do that, you live forever - obviously that won't happen, but it's an interesting thought exercise.

I called Brian out and asked 'Do you ever experience joy? Do you ever have birthday cake for your kid's birthday?' He said he's only cheated like once, one meal over like 2 years. I asked if he was happy, and he said he was. My opinion is okay, great, you're winning, but for most people, I don't know - experience joy a little bit, be healthy but also get messed up every once in a while."
