The Three Key Elements

- Novel topics or formats that aren't commonly covered
- Original angles on familiar subjects
- Content that stands out from typical podcast formats

- Distinguished speaking style or charisma
- Production quality and format
- Not just "4 guys on a zoom call"
- Can be above average but doesn't need to be "10x better"

Unique/Amazing Perspective
- Specific knowledge or insights others don't have
- Insider information or expertise
- Valuable viewpoints based on unique experiences
Success Requirements
- Need at least 1 of the 3 elements to have a successful podcast
- Having 2 elements makes for a great podcast
- Having all 3 is extremely rare
