"I was talking to Justin Kan backstage one time like 2-3 years after the Twitch sale. We're at an event I was hosting and I was like 'What are you gonna do next Justin?' and he goes '10 billion - I wanna go after 10 billion.'
It didn't work out for him. I read this blog post where he was like 'I was motivated to outdo what I did before, partially out of rage and out of a chip on my shoulder.' He said it was great fuel but he was in it for the wrong motivations and it didn't work out."
