Ben Moola's YouTube Transformation

Sam Parr shares his fascination with Ben Moola, a successful real estate tycoon who recently started creating YouTube content.

"Ben Moola is this big guy, about 400 pounds, probably in his mid-fifties. On the surface, he appears incredibly dislikable - he smokes cigarettes, looks disheveled, and is very gregarious and in-your-face. But he turns out to be quite charming.

He's a real estate tycoon in South Florida. What's fascinating is he wears gaudy clothes and you'll see him smoking Marlboros outside of a Ramada Inn or Holiday Inn that he's about to buy for $20 million. Then he gets into a $500,000 Bentley. It's this really funny juxtaposition.

He's doing YouTube the right way - he became successful first and then started creating content. He gives great advice on real estate and business. All the photos of him are an immediate turn-off, but when you get into his videos, he's brilliant. I can't stop watching this guy."
