MrBeast's Walmart Display Masterclass

A story about how Mr. Beast (Jimmy) showed his intense dedication to his chocolate business during an impromptu Walmart visit.

"We're sitting there about to record, and he walks in and says 'Hey, before we do this, do you want to go to Walmart?' We walk in and he takes us to the chocolate aisle and gives a 10-minute master class on the chocolate industry right there in the aisle.

While he's explaining everything - revenues, operations - he's simultaneously restocking the entire aisle. He pulled the cartons up to the front because they were 3 inches recessed, straightened every single bar that had fallen over, and put the right flavors in the right spots. If a bar was crinkly or broken, he'd throw it to his chief of staff and say 'Can you buy this? We should only have good bars up front.'

His hands were moving at a speed that showed this wasn't his first time doing this. When one of the popular flavors was out, he takes out his phone, badges into the back of Walmart, and gets the box himself to restock it. I asked if any vendor could do that, and he said 'No, not exactly, but they know I care. I really care.'

What stood out was when high-intensity obsessive people want to win, they do the same things the rest of us do, but with the knob dialed up to 12. They take it past where you think it could go."
