Million-Dollar Design Clients

Greg Isenberg shares how his design agency works with high-profile clients and their sales process.

"For our business, our average deal size is a million dollars, so we're only trying to find CEOs. Look at these like our list of customers - it's the GM of Nike, it's the president of Dropbox.

We notify the potential prospects when they engage with our content, and then what happens is we have a salesperson. If the salesperson hearts the message, it automatically sends them a text message or email.

For example, let's say we just designed 'Dropbox 2' - an AI version of Dropbox - and then it notices that the VP of product of Shopify likes it. A personalized email goes out and says, 'Hey Shopify, how can we transition Shopify from a cloud company to an AI company? I'd love to jam with you on it. I saw that you liked my post.'

We're doing things at a speed and scale we wouldn't be able to do with human beings realistically. There's money that we had left on the table - millions of dollars a year, especially on the LCA side. These big partnerships yield so much, and it's important that you reach out to someone five, ten, twenty-five minutes after they are engaged or else they might forget about you. I would say we're probably saving $5,000,000 a year plus."
