A story about how Shaan's friend used AirPods to make a point about crypto self-custody reliability.
"I was talking to my buddy Greg about whether I should move more into self-custody for my crypto. I asked him 'What do I trust more - myself or these exchanges?' He responded with a different question: 'How many AirPods do you own and how many AirPods have you lost?' Then he said 'If you can't keep your AirPods, you really think for 10 years you're gonna not lose your crypto?'
And I was like 'fair.' So I keep cycling through options of how to hold this stuff so that I don't lose it but also I'm not trusting anybody."
