NBA Players Build Legos
Share
A story about how NBA players, contrary to their party reputation, are secretly spending their nights building Lego sets.
"There's a bunch of NBA players that kind of came out of the closet saying this is what they do at night. The reputation for NBA players was they're all out at the strip club after games and whatever, but there's this guy Miles Turner, he's building replica Star Wars Death Stars with his Legos at night, 4-5 hours a night.
By the way, in college I lived with the basketball team. They were the biggest nerds of all the athletes. A Friday night for them was playing video games. They were the least party animal of all the athletes."
The story illustrates how NBA players, often perceived as party-goers, are actually engaging in more introverted, creative activities like building Legos in their free time.
