A story about how two cookware industry veterans built Hexclad into one of Shopify's largest stores.

"In 2013, two cofounders Danny and Cole had worked for a now-defunct cookware company and decided they wanted to start their own. They dabbled with a couple of products and started selling in 2016-2017. They got a deal with Costco, and the business has doubled almost every year since 2017.

They're now one of the top Shopify sellers in the world. They have one of the biggest Black Fridays of any company - they said 'I've never heard of anyone who sold more than us on Black Friday.'

They make you feel elite by buying their pan. Gordon Ramsay's studio, Studio Ramsay Global (a partnership between Fox and Gordon Ramsay) invested $100 million into Hexclad. Whether the pan is elite or not is secondary - it's an amazing example of what brand marketing and influence can do for you."
