Core components of the NICK Method
- N - Name tags
- I - Intros (or Icebreakers)
- C - Cocktails (or mocktails) only
- K - Kick them out at the end
Name tags
- Use first names only in big block letters
- Recommended brands: Qualphec 3100 (comes in 6 colors) or Avery 5420
- Purpose: Creates a sense of team unity and reduces social barriers
Intros (Icebreakers)

Kick them out at the end
- Limit events to 2 hours

- Leave people wanting more
