Julia Clark's Rejuvenation Success
Share
A story about a woman who ranks near the top of the "Rejuvenation Olympics" leaderboard through basic healthy habits rather than expensive treatments.
"I did research on this woman Julia Gibson Clark. She's just a lady who's like fit and someone else picked up on this and wrote an article about her. She makes $100K a year, exercises 5 days a week, and just eats vegetables. She'll go for walks sometimes or a run - just lives a decently healthy lifestyle.
She's number 6 or 7 on this list, and I thought it was awesome that this 57-year-old woman who's not very wealthy, who isn't a professional at doing all this stuff, is just living a pretty well-balanced life. She's kicking ass against all these wealthy biohackers.
If you look at her photos, she's a very attractive woman who looks very healthy. No plastic surgery. She eats vegetables for snacks instead of potato chips, takes a couple vitamins in the morning, lifts weights twice a week, goes for runs twice a week, and the other days she's just walking a lot. That's basically it and she's killing it on the leaderboard."
