Andrew shares how he turned designers' frustrating client experiences into a successful viral blog.

"We had Clients From Hell - it was really big on Tumblr for a while. We would go to conferences and meet other designers, and everyone would bitch about their crazy clients and share screenshots of insane emails they received. It was stuff like clients asking them to make the logo bigger over and over again.

We started sharing those stories and it just went crazy viral, so we ended up making a book. I still meet people at conferences that know me from Tumblr back in the day."
