100-100-100 Muscle Challenge

A fitness challenge created by the My First Million podcast hosts to combat "pod bod" and get their community moving. The challenge involves completing specific exercises with proper form and tracking.

Challenge Structure

  • Complete 100 reps each of:
    • Push-ups
    • Air squats (no weight)
    • Burpees (chest to floor, feet must leave ground on jump)
  • Can be done in any order
  • No time limit, but must track total time
  • Must film yourself completing the challenge for prize eligibility

Prize Categories

  • Speed Winners
    • Fastest male - wins Plunge cold plunge (~$6-7k value)
    • Fastest female - wins Plunge cold plunge (~$6-7k value)
  • Creative Winners (3 additional prizes)
    • Best dressed
    • Most creative video
    • Most inspiring performance ("Rudy Award")
    • Winners receive Nike strength equipment/bumper plates

Requirements for Entry

  • Must film yourself completing the challenge
  • Must time yourself
  • Must subscribe to:
    • Their YouTube channel
    • Spotify podcast
    • iTunes podcast
  • Must tag hosts on Twitter (@shaan_vp and @thesamparr) or @myfirstmillpod
  • Deadline: May 12th

  • Meant to be inclusive - modifications allowed (e.g., knee push-ups)
