Gary V's Business Reality

Sam Parr shares his experience visiting Gary Vaynerchuk's office and his impressions of Gary's legitimate business operations.
"I went to Gary's office in New York - he has two offices, one in Hudson Yards which I've been to before, and another studio in Long Island City. The Hudson Yards office was buzzing with activity. When I went in there, I could tell this was a legitimate operation. He has 800 employees, really expensive real estate, nice furniture, everything set up professionally.
The office space had Vayner Media bottled water, everyone had nice computers, the office was buzzing - it wasn't a startup, it was a real business. When I was there, I'd ask employees and the front desk 'How do you like working here?' and you can tell if they actually like it.
People might put Gary in the Donald Trump category of someone who talks a lot and make you wonder if he's the real deal. But he's totally legitimate and a really good business person. His company Vayner is really hard to run - he's currently the COO and CEO. He's totally the real deal, he just talks a lot."
