Introvert to Viral Creator

Jenny Hoyos shares how she systematically developed her on-camera charisma as an introvert.
"I used to struggle with this so much as an introvert. I built my charisma muscle by doing this thing for a month - I would set up my camera for an hour and do a stand-up comedy show to myself. I would improvise, even though I've never done stand-up comedy.
Here's what my actual routine was: In the morning, I'd watch a YouTube channel called Charisma on Command. Throughout the day, I would repeat the things I learned in my head. At night, I would do the stand-up comedy show. Throughout the day I would also try to record videos that no one would see, just to get my reps in.
I did all this just to learn not to be scared, to tell bad jokes, and just be myself and natural. I tried to build up my charisma and personality by recording videos that no one was going to see."
