A story about Thomas Tull, a billionaire who bought farmland to test and learn about agricultural technology.

"He bought like 150 acres of farmland and said 'I'm going to live off this land.' What he did was use it to learn all about the advanced farming robotics companies. He wanted to use this land to try those technologies. He said 'I want to learn the tech and try to see if we're rebuilding the future of food, and I want to be living in a self-sustainable way.'

I don't know how long he lives there or if he does it full time, but this guy's pretty fascinating. He's done a lot of things in a lot of different places, and the through line for all of it was just like Moneyball for X."
